👩🏼‍⚕️Our GP practice is one of a group of local practices that are coming together to form a federation of local practices in Blackpool, Fylde & Wyre.

This partnership will allow our practices to work together more effectively — sharing resources, offering more services locally and having a stronger voice in decisions about healthcare in our community.

It will not change your registration with your current GP practice, and your relationship with your own practice will continue as it is today.

Before we decide what this federation should focus on and how it should work, we want to hear from the people who matter most: our patients.
