🤒We get poorly too

Unfortunately we have had a large amount of staff sickness within the Holland House team, which has impacted the Nursing department heavily. This has resulted in some appointments being cancelled for which we do apologise. We do try to avoid cancellations where possible but there are times ,such as recently when we have had no alternative but to cancel. We know how incredibly frustrating this is for patients and we do thank you for your understanding.

🔴Reception are here to help and support, please can we politely remind patients that abuse will not be tolerated over appointments being cancelled or any other matter.

🔥Heartburn Health is a national NHS-supported research programme aiming to improve care for people with heartburn, indigestion, or acid reflux. It is currently active in Lancashire, and is building a community of volunteers aged 55–79 who experience these symptoms (or take medication for them), to support research and improve future care.
