Let’s talk about guilt. ❤️

My mum’s final chapter is looming, but anyone who knows her will know she is still putting up a good fight.

I’ve been feeling guilty about letting my lovely clients down, but at the same time I feel I need to be with my mum several times a day. She sleeps most of the time now and isn’t really eating or drinking.

On Friday, when the weather turned hot, mum took a downturn. Since then, she seems to be in that transitional phase between life and death that many dementia patients experience.

I will be returning to work from Thursday on reduced hours. If anyone would prefer to change or reschedule their appointment, please know that is absolutely fine and I completely understand.

If you haven’t had a message from me, your appointment is still booked as planned.

So for a bit of fun I asked chat GPT to describe me so here’s an introduction to me.
I love the Gym and weights, I started competing in powerlifting competitions last year.
I trained as an Aquacise instructor to help people understand their bodies and to keep moving them. We are all powerful we just need to build strength and progress.
I trained in massage and holistic therapies and I am always Learning with £1000s of pounds spent on courses and 100s of hours training and case studies. I love how resilient and individual our bodies are. I love to hear peoples life stories, I am interested in everyone’s, I live with chronic pain everyday as I am bone on bone arthritis, so I understand how hard it is to function with pain.
