Come join me for a relaxing evening absorbing the soulful tones of the crystal singing bowls and lots of other beautiful sounds too. We start with a gentle Qi Gong exercise & a guided meditation to calm the mind, ground us & open our hearts to the restorative sound waves to come. It's a wonderful way to restore our bodies & minds, to support sleep and improve our focus.
