The last one is my favourite I think! Any reccos welcome 🤪

For me finding balance isn’t just about ‘yoga’ but yoga helps me to understand myself better as a whole, to be able to tune in and notice how I feel and what I need. So I encourage the same from you as part of our work together whether that’s in class, yoga therapy, reiki, on retreat or my new online course RECALIBRATE (starting 2nd June, message for the info!)

INTO THE LIGHT
A morning of LIGHT and JOY to celebrate the Summer Solstice 🌞

Join and on the longest day of the year for pranayama, vinyasa and yin yoga to help tune into your body, followed by a sound bath journey to support deep rest, and help you rediscover your inner light and joy.

We’ll provide all props, mats, blankets and brews!
Bring a journal if that’s your thing, an eye pillow if you have one, and wear your comfies. This will be a space for all, no expectations just come as you are.

We are so excited about this - and you are so welcome.

R E F L E C T�a nervous system reset

This is for the overthinkers, the procrastinators, the people pleasers who put everyone else first, the ones who feel a little lost within themselves lately.

If you’ve been feeling:
🌾 anxious
🌾 burnt out
🌾 overwhelmed
🌾 out of balance
🌾 wired but tired
Or you’ve found yourself quietly wondering… “Who even am I now?”

This isn’t about fixing yourself because you’re not broken. Your nervous system may have just been in survival mode for so long that you’ve forgotten what balance actually feels like. Sometimes we don’t need to become somebody new - We just need space to reconnect back to ourselves again.

My offer to you is to REFLECT. A gentle pause to notice where you feel out of balance so that you can:
~ recognise the habits that are supporting you (and more importantly the ones that aren’t!)
~ understand what triggers certain feelings and patterns
~ learn simple yoga therapy tools to regulate your nervous system and build resilience
