I'm happy to share that I'm back at for slow sunday on 2nd February, 5pm.

A perfect chance to slow down and get cosy this midwinter ❄️ we'll settle in with blankets, pillows and honour the season with a soothing yoga nidra, followed by some sound healing and with tibetan singing bowls and chimes
