We were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Bill Oddie this last week. An amazing man, an absolute legend who inspired generations of bird watchers.

The picture below shows our very own legend, Ray Jackson MBE with Bill on the terrace at the House of Lords when Ray received an award for outstanding achievement in education.

As you all know Ray shares that love of birds and wildlife and we will remember Bill and his amazing life and contribution to conservation. A reminder to us all to protect the natural world around us.
