Part-Time E-commerce Systems Manager

The Role:
As the E-commerce Systems Manager, you will own the technical and operational backbone of Medica Forte’s digital business. Operating across our unified digital infrastructure, your mission is to ensure our B2B (clinical) and B2C (consumer) e-commerce systems are fast, stable, conversion-optimised, and continuously improving.
You will sit at the intersection of marketing, operations, and IT. With our core system architecture already established, this role is entirely focused on driving ROI from our tech stack. You will manage our app ecosystem, ensure seamless cross-border logistics, oversee automated clinical workflows, and guarantee that every customer journey - from an aesthetic practitioner to a direct consumer - is frictionless.
