Three things for better brain health.

I promise you, looking after your brain health isn't complicated or expensive.

Just start with these three things.

1. Start to love your brain! Think about what it does for you every day, without you even realising. Be grateful for it!
2. Stop doing the things that harm it - too much stress, bad diet, smoking, no exercise etc.
3. Start doing the things that help your brain!

It's not you it's your brain biology.

If you consistently fail to keep to healthy brain habits, it's not because you are weak willed, you're a failure or any other horrible things you have said to yourself.

It's because you are trying to consciously change the behaviour patterns you have had for years.

Which is never going to work!

What is different about working with me is that we dissolve those old patterns and create new ones, in the only way your brain does that - at the unconscious level.

That makes it easier to think, act and believe differently.

Honestly, before you even think about taking a supplement, just look at how consistently you are doing the basics to start with.

Reducing stress.

Eating a better, whole food diet.

Moving and exercising your body.

Getting good quality sleep regularly.

Getting social connection.

Honestly, start with these and then if you need a supplement after that vitamin B and vitamin D are the ones to take.
