🧘‍♀️ I, along with my beautiful sister Ashley, will be holding a relaxing, guided meditation. This will be a night to unwind, relax and meet like-minded souls. In a safe and relaxing environment. No experience is needed. 🧘‍♀️

When: Monday 6th July, 7pm-9pm.✨️

Where: Asha Wellness Centre, 228 Antrim road, Belfast, BT15 2AN.✨️

Investment: Introductory price £15pp.✨️

What to bring: A comfy blanket, a soft pillow, a bottle of water and an open mind. ✨️

💜 When things get abit too overwhelming, remember to just breathe...... Take a moment, each day to close your eyes and focus on your breathing, inhale for the count of 4 slow, deep breathes, hold and exhale for 4 slow deep breathes. Bringing your awareness to your body each day, helps you to stay grounded, reconnects you to the here and now, and helps you to stay focused on whatever it is you are doing. So for today, try to focus on your breathing and just relax, knowing that things will work out for you. Have a Fab day.💜
