Namaste all. I would like to extend a warm thankyou to everyone who attended our Chakra Yoga Workshop this morning. 🙏What a great way to start this sunny Sunday. So this coming week is my week off to take some rest and relaxation. Classes and treatments will resume week commencing Monday June 1st. Enjoy the solar therapy on offer for the next few days and I look forward to seeing you on the mat or the therapy bed very soon. Love and light to you all 🙏
