Oblivious to the struggle
Many a mum endures.

You really want ‘just’ one?
Or is it ‘only two’ for you?
Isn’t three your magic number?
Perhaps four would be nice too!

When will it end- this narrative?
Opinions- never sought.
Where is it that this lack
Of sensitivity is taught?

They may want ‘only one’
And your views on that don’t matter.
Or perhaps their road’s been rough
And your words their heart might shatter.

So, next time you feel the urge to ask:
“When will you have another?”
Just don’t. And bear in mind
The path is different for each mother. ❤️"

What actually is reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive complementary therapy based on the idea that energy flows through all living things.

During a Reiki treatment, you'll remain fully clothed and simply relax while I work with your energy to encourage balance, relaxation and overall wellbeing.

I may also place crystals around you during the session. These are used to help amplify the energy or support the intention of the treatment, depending on your individual needs.

She looks cute and teeny tiny… but she is ONE crazy dog....

Full of energy and gets ridiculously excited for walks, and likes to let the entire neighbourhood know when she’s out!

And if the kids come along, she spends the whole walk barking, convinced it’s her personal responsibility to keep them in check...🤦‍♀️

Safe to say mindful walks are a no-go with this one...

But honestly, I wouldn’t change her for the world.

Please tell me I’m not the only one with a wonderfully chaotic dog?!?!
