Hi Friends, I hope you are doing well & enjoying the summer, festivals and travels.

If you are in need of some support through the highs of summer or as we settle down into autumn, I am now available for Internal Family Systems Therapy practice both online and in person in Henley/Marlow area.

If you are not familiar with IFS it is a powerful form of ‘parts work’ - the governing idea being that we are all made up of many parts & often when we are struggling in life, in any way, it is because our parts have become burdened or polarised with other parts. IFS Therapy allows us to interact with these parts, hear their stories and needs and provide the love, compassion and safety that they need from our ‘Self’ or soul which each human being inateley has. ( One of the reasons I love IfS so much is because it deeply aligns with many world spiritual and shamanic paths - seeing the soul as a central and accessible energy within each person)

As it is my first year of providing IFS for people I have a great introductory rate of just £50 per session & work with people both short term - a few months - to longer on going therapy.
