Thank you so much to our Nurse Emma - and to whoever left this incredible review.
This review means so much to us because it is a snapshot of what our team at 222 Healthcare have been doing repeatedly over the last week - just one of so many incredibly compassionate interactions, adapting to the unique requirements of each individual visiting our clinic, that we have been proud to witness our team provide.
Since the local meningitis B outbreak, we have seen huge numbers of frightened and anxious young people and families coming through our doors - particularly students preparing to return to Henley College and other nearby schools following the tragic loss of Lewis Waters.
Many people have arrived overwhelmed, full of questions, and needing reassurance just as much as vaccination.
Our team have patiently and tirelessly supported people all day long - explaining symptoms, discussing risks, helping families process rapidly evolving information, supporting neurodiverse patients with kindness and calmness, and somehow still making people feel individually cared for despite the enormous pressures behind the scenes.
I was not personally present at the appointment - but in many ways that is exactly why it means so much to me.
It reflects the culture and environment we hoped to create when we founded the clinic in 2021.
Emma, Alison, Patricia, Fatima and the wider team - thank you. We (Dr Large & Dr Attale) genuinely could not be prouder of all of you.
For anyone interested in getting their child vaccinated, especially if they have concerns or worries, at the time of posting we do have stock and availability over half term - and our wonderful team are on hand to support both you and your child through the process.
