Last month, I came across a newly published book in a local bookstore, William & Catherine: The Intimate Inside Story (Myers, 2026). One chapter described how Catherine, Princess of Wales, approached healing not only through medical care, but also through restorative daily practices — including meditation.

One line stood out:
“Daily meditation also formed an important part of Catherine’s routine.”

It prompted a deeper question:
In an era of advanced medical technology, why does something as simple as daily meditation still play a meaningful role in healing and recovery?

A beautiful share from Conny, a Massage Therapist & Pilates Instructor in the UK, after experiencing my 15-Day Inner Freedom Meditation Course.

Even for someone who understands self-care deeply, it’s not always easy to prioritise it. She found the sessions short, accessible, and genuinely enjoyable.

And at times… she even fell asleep halfway through. This is actually a very common experience. It simply means your nervous system is shifting out of a fight-or-flight state and into a more relaxed, rest-and-digest state, where the body can finally rest and restore.

Sometimes, what we need most
