So I know it’s been a while but here’s a bit of an update. I had my accident in May 2020 and wasn’t the most straight forward recovery and never healed properly to the point where I have been in pain constantly, 4 years on and I’ve just had another mri and got a phone call today with the results and wasn’t what I wanted to here, I have still got a severe tear in my medial meniscus and also got something called chondromalacia of the patella so back to the orthopaedic consultant it is 😔

Thank you for all the new followers, haven’t posted much for a while due to some
Stressful things going on but that is gonna change, so will be doing an update on my journey this week. 💕
