This week of the lunar eclipse on Friday. Breathe you’ve got this. What ever is going on for you. You’ll get through it.

Sometimes it’s easier to just accept where we are.

It is what it is and we are ok.

The energies are intense this week and if you’re feeling it trust your in the right place at the right time.

Trust in those from the spirit world and all that you believe in. If you need to make a change trust in those that are guiding you.

Your soul knows its journey and it may not be the same as your minds! Let go and surrender if you need to.

All is well and so it is.

The lunar eclipse card for this week.

Trust The Universe.

It may be time to loosen your grip on a situation. Sometimes we feel so much intensity around our dreams we become scared they won’t come true.
State your intention to the universe and then detach from the outcome.

Trust the universe and see what happens.

The tighter you grip now isn’t serving you. Breathe, let go and just trust all is well.

Do the things you love 💕, laugh and let go. Take small steps that help you feel more free. Read a book, run, walk but do something that lets go.

You’ve got this and all is well.

The lunar eclipse week is now if you feel stuck and slightly lost breathe you’ve got this.

Trust what you feel in your body. If it feels wrong then maybe it is. If you have a peaceful feeling and it brings you peace or joy trust the feeling.

The solar eclipse and lunar eclipse in August are clearing out for something better. You’ve got this. Trust what you feel.
