These photos are exactly 2 years apart after I decided to stop f*cking about with my training and nutrition.
I’m not the coach who is going to sell you a 4 week shred challenge and a pocket full of false promises.
If you want to melt away all your body fat, replace it with more muscle than Arnie and get it all done before the first mince pies hit the shelves you need your head wobbled.
Looking for yet another quick fix is exactly what stope people getting anywhere.
Unless you’re willing to change your habits, behaviours and attitude, you’re gonna stay how you are.
There’s nothing wrong with that unless you know deep down you’re not happy with living out the rest of your days with the droopy dad bod, aches and pains and f*ck all energy.
Imagine how you’d look and feel if you’d started 2 years ago.
But neither of us has a Tardis or a Delorean.
The best thing you can do it get started now before too many blocks of 2 years pass and you wind up never doing it.
Don’t misunderstand me. I’ve partied, drunk b**r, over eaten, missed training sessions, been on holidays, gone to festivals, been ill etc over the last 2 years but I’ve navigated them sensibly and never missed a single check in with my coach.
If you’re the dad that wears a t-shirt in the pool with their kids and wants to f*ck with the lights off, I can help (with the body, not the f*cking 😂).
It’s been a good two years but I’m not done yet. There’s still SO MUCH work to do until I’ll be happy but I’m not letting age stop me and neither should you.
Don’e get old. Get Old Skool 🤘🏻
