💜 COLIC COMBAT MASSAGE 💜

Such a lovely morning getting everything ready for my baby massage mummies and their little ones 🥰 Tiny toes, cosy blankets, massage oil and mummy treats at the ready!

One of the special routines we learn during our Baby Massage course is our Colic Combat Massage. 👶✨

Although colic isn’t an exact diagnosis, it’s a term often used for frequent or prolonged crying in an otherwise healthy baby. You might notice your little one drawing their legs up, clenching their fists, becoming red-faced or simply seeming very unsettled.

The exact cause of colic isn't fully understood. It’s thought that a combination of digestive factors, a developing nervous system and environmental stimulation may all play a part as babies grow and adjust to the world around them. Tummy discomfort, including wind or constipation, can also make some babies particularly unsettled.
Our gentle Colic Combat routine brings together specific massage moves designed to support your baby's tummy, encourage trapped wind to move through and promote relaxation. 💜

And don't worry about remembering all the moves! Every mummy receives a special Colic Combat booklet to take home, showing the specific routine so you can confidently practise it with your little one between classes. 📖✨

Baby massage is suitable from birth and gives you practical techniques you can continue using at home as your baby grows.

What a gorgeous morning spent with such a lovely group of mums-to-be! 🥰
Our Bump & Brunch was everything I hoped it would be — delicious food, lots of chatting and laughter, some very crafty mums-to-be creating special keepsakes, and most importantly, the chance to slow down, connect and start finding your village. 💜

A huge thank you to our wonderful special guests, Lois from postnatal midwife and Amy from , for joining us, sharing their knowledge and being there to chat, answer questions and support our mums-to-be. ✨
