Not every journey is about weight loss… and Jackie is the perfect example of that 💚

Jackie didn’t want to lose weight. Her goal was to maintain her muscle mass, improve her health, and continue leading an active, vibrant lifestyle 💪✨

Since her last review, here are her results:

✔️ 1.2% drop in body fat
✔️ +2kg muscle gain
✔️ Hydration up by 1%
✔️ BMR increased
✔️ Metabolic age down by 15 years 🙌
