Constipation is a known side effect of weight-loss injections such as Mounjaro and Wegovy

These medications can slow the movement of food through your digestive system and help you feel fuller for longer. Eating smaller amounts, consuming less fibre or not drinking enough fluid may also mean there is less bulk and moisture available to keep stools soft and moving comfortably 💜

Ever noticed lots of light, frothy bubbles like this in the tube during a colonic?

As colon hydrotherapists, we often see this pattern when there may be an imbalance of yeast in the gut. It is sometimes associated with candida overgrowth.

Candida naturally lives in the gut, but when it gets out of balance it can create extra gas and that foamy, bubbly appearance you see here.

It is not a diagnosis, just an observation we use to help guide your gut health journey.
