EAR PIERCINGS & SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
ββ π π π π πππππββ
July summer school holidays are sneaking upon as quick, only 6 weeks away....& bookings are now coming in for summer school holidays π
I know some schools allow the children to get their ears pierced approx 2 weeks prior to breaking up to allow for better & longer healing, so maybe check your school rules as this will be better for them as they take at least 8 weeks to initially heal so just before or at the beginning of the holidays is better.
Please be sure that your child, especially the younger ones are defiently sure they want their ears pierced before bringing them as I do not pierce them whilst they are being forcefully held & there is a charge of Β£10 to cover the cost of the appointment, my time, gloves, sterile cleaning pads, cotton pads used etc at that appointment.
Please be sure you defiently can make the date you book when booking as any no shows, cancellations / rescheduling (even due to sickness, child care etc) within 24 hours of the appointment will require full payment of that missed appointment before a new booking can be made. Being late may also impact your appointment as I will be back to back with appointments, if you arrive too late & appointment can not go ahead this will also be classed as a missed appointment & that appointment will need to be paid in full before a new booking can be made.
Teddy bear (1 teddy per child) piercing is free if the child has their ears pierced but if the child doesn't have there ears done but teddy does, then teddy's will cost Β£10 π¨π»π§Έ please let me know if teddy will also be joining you for the appointment β‘
Ear lobe piercing, the gun way is Β£30 a pair or if done needle way Β£40 a pair.
Price includes the jewellery.
The ear lobes heal equally the same regardless which method is used as long as aftercare is folllowed. If you didnt have a preference, For children i personally would recommend the gun way, most people do opt that way for their child as its a quicker procudure for them.
The gun can only be used on the lobes only, not the cartilage of the ear.
But the gun way is also anatomy dependent, if the lobes are thick / volumptious the needle way has to be used & a majority of 2nd holes has to be done needle way.
I also have 5 guns & a teddy bear gun, each get cleaned with barbicide in between each use even though the gun does not touch the skin, the parts that touch the skin actually come in a pre sterilised packet that get removed & discarded after use.
Let me know if you had a day / time in mind x
