One that I can connect to. Think about how you talk to yourself. Try and swap a negative or critical inner voice
For kind and encouraging self talk.
This comes up in my yoga classes a lot . Only positive chitchat to yourself while you are practicing , and try your best to follow it on throughout your day at home. It’s very easy to slip back into toxic thinking and negative self chat. I call my negative self or dark passenger Hilda . Nothing against the name Hilda , I love the name. But I call her out if she creeps and takes over my positive energy. I say « Hilda, not today sweetheart, I can’t have you talking to me like that , please do one for now so I can get on with my day » She sometimes lingers and needs to be told again but most of the time she leaves and lets me get on with singing my praises and encouraging kindness , joy and being present with myself . Try naming your negative passenger, we all have one. Comment with the name of your negative driver. X
Take care of you and the people around you . X
