Hello everyone,

I just wanted to let you know why I have been quiet on here recently.

Unfortunately, my page was reported, and as a result, I had to wait for the matter to be investigated and reviewed. The reason for the report remains unknown to me, I have been advised that it was most likely another person who has something similar and rather then advertising together reported my page after I advertised my reflexology business on a local community page.

Thankfully, the review process has now been completed, and I’m pleased to be back. I appreciate your patience and support while this was being resolved.

Thank you to all my wonderful clients and followers for your continued support. I look forward to sharing more reflexology updates, wellness tips, and appointment availability with you soon

Would it help to see the way our fingers are trained to feel the network that runs through your feet

✨ Reflexology Visual ✨

This 3D image highlights the intricate network of nerve endings within the foot. Each vibrant colour represents different nerve pathways, helping to show how densely connected and responsive this area of the body is.

In reflexology, specific zones of the foot are believed to correspond with different parts of the body. By applying pressure to these areas, we aim to support balance, relaxation, and overall wellbeing.

A beautiful reminder of how much is going on beneath the surface 👣💫

💛 Gentle Tips for Healing Your Soul

Sometimes healing isn’t about doing more—it’s about creating space for what truly matters.

✨ 1. Spend time in stillness
Even a few quiet minutes can help you reconnect with yourself.

🌿 2. Get outside regularly
Nature has a calming effect on the mind and body.

📖 3. Reflect through journaling
Writing your thoughts down can bring clarity and release.

💬 4. Speak kindly to yourself
Your inner voice shapes how you experience the world.

🕊️ 5. Let go of what you can’t control
Not everything needs to be carried.

🤍 6. Connect with supportive people
Healing often happens in safe, understanding spaces.

🎶 7. Do things that bring you peace
Music, creativity, movement—whatever feels nourishing.

🌙 8. Rest without guilt
Rest is essential, not something to earn.

Healing is not linear, and it doesn’t have a deadline.
Take it one gentle step at a time 💫

Me personally I’m Learning to rest and in turn my body is healing time is essential.. Jem’s Reflexologist specialistJemma Bowring

💛 8 Simple Ways to Support Your Nervous System

Small daily habits can make a real difference in how your body handles stress. Here are a few gentle, evidence-informed techniques to try:

✨ 1. Humming (5 minutes)
Soft humming can encourage relaxation by supporting vagal tone.

🌿 2. Left-nostril breathing
May help activate your body’s “rest and digest” response.

🍃 3. Mindful chewing
Slow, intentional chewing can signal safety to the brain.

💧 4. Cold water on wrists or face
A quick reset that may help lower heart rate and calm the body.

👂 5. Massage behind the ears
A gentle way to ease tension and promote relaxation.

🌬️ 6. Alternate nostril breathing
Supports balance and focus through controlled breathing.

😌 7. Gentle jaw stretches
Helpful for releasing built-up tension from clenching.

🌍 8. Walking barefoot on grass
A calming practice that may help you feel more grounded.

These are simple tools you can weave into your day—no pressure, just options.
They’re supportive practices, not a replacement for professional medical care.

Which one will you try first? 💫 ’s ReflexologistJemma Bowring
