Now I do love Chat GPT – it’s saved me hours of time crafting and reappropriating content for socials, newsletters and ideas for various work and life related things.

But would I ask it to create content for me from scratch, or add in clients details for it to offer me a meal plan or a solution to their long unsolved problems, or an opinion on what’s going on with their hormones – definitely NOT!

Why? Because it’s too generic and doesn’t account for all the things I’ve mentioned in my post...

Chat GPT might have access to the world’s information at its digital fingertips, but more information is not always helpful or is even the right information when used in practice.

You’d be wrong to think it can replace a 90 minute in-depth consultation from a women’s health professional...

But seeing as it’s free give it a whirl – just remember you know where I am if you’re still feeling overwhelmed and nothing seems to work.

With thanks to the lady on Facebook who told my local community group not to waste their money on menopause health professionals because Chat GPT has all the answers! 😳

Personalised nutrition and wellbeing support for women this summer ☀️

I work one-to-one with women who want to feel:
• More supported
• More heard
• More informed
• More empowered
• More confident in their health decisions

That might be to optimise wellbeing, navigate symptoms, support treatment, or build steadier habits that fit real life. Reducing overwhelm and cutting out the noise of misinformation.

I offer 1–2–1 nutrition programmes, cancer-safe support, and focused power hour consultations – all grounded in evidence and delivered with care.

I also speak at wellbeing events, run pop-ups in the workplace and promote learning, connection and inspiration.

If you’re interested in 1–2–1 support or a Power Hour, a free discovery call is the best place to start otherwise DM me if you have any questions

What we often think, or are told, is ‘healthy’ or the answer to our symptoms often isn’t.

If I could tell you how many women I see eating certain foods or taking handfuls of supplements that are actually worsening symptoms and impacting long-term health.

Nearly every woman I support through perimenopause has other co-existing imbalances too – hormonal, gut, immune, thyroid – and each one influences hormones differently.

This is why I don’t just support hormonal shifts. I support the whole person and we explore the root cause together.

There is never a one-size-fits-all answer to health, just like we don’t all look sh*t-hot in the same pair of skinny jeans or feel like wonder woman on HRT.
Guessing costs both time and money.

If you’re tired of trying everything and still not feeling right, book a discovery call via the link in my bio. ✨

Perimenopause isn’t just about hormones shifting – it’s often about trying to navigate too much information, conflicting advice, and doing ‘all the right things’ without really feeling better. 🤯

What I see most often in clinic isn’t a lack of effort.

It’s a lack of clarity.

When everything feels important, it becomes almost impossible to know what your body actually needs – and that’s where things tends to stall.

When we step back and look at the full picture – sleep, stress, digestion, nutrition, and symptoms, it becomes much easier to identify what will actually make a difference.

And mostly, it’s not as complicated as it feels.

If this resonates and you’re tired of second-guessing your body, you can book a free 20-minute discovery call via the link in my bio.

‘Gosh who’d have thought you’d be a proper runner!’

Recognition from my lovely husband that yes, I run and it’s a pretty regular thing now 😂

5 mile Worsley Woods Women’s Trail run this morning and my face couldn’t be cheesier… surprising after 4 hours sleep worried about not getting up and possibly a green tea too late in the day yesterday - ooops. 😩

But an 8km PB and a lovely morning spent with my fellow run clubbers. Nothing like starting the day with 18k steps and a chin wag!

Thanks ladies 😘 and thanks

Both personally and professionally exhausted by it all!

Personally – 7 years in and counting, symptoms every now and again, but I’ve learnt my tools and know how to resolve them whenever I swerve off track. That didn’t happen overnight, it took time, years of learning, a new career, boundaries and a deeper understanding of myself.

Professionally – whilst it‘s my core expertise I’m exhausted by the media surrounding it. Portraying it as an illness to fix and something to fear. Product brands and ‘so-called’ menopause experts praying on women’s desperation… with another collagen supplement, carrot salad or menopause workout that will change your life forever… I wish it were that easy!

Perhaps that’s just my algorithm… and if that works for you, then go for it.

But what happened to the foundations?
- Real whole foods and a balanced diet
- Quality sleep
- Stress support
- Exercise without overtraining
- Connection to nature and finding your tribe

The common sense… lost somewhere between social content, influencers and people selling a quick fix.

No time.
Too busy.
Overwhelmed.
I hear it from women all the time.

Work on your own foundations and your health follows suit, regardless as to whether you are on your menopause journey.

And if you need a hand to get your foundations properly in place - you know where I am!

This is something I see regularly in clinic. 😴

On the ITV Tonight episode I appeared in recently, a private GP mentioned a blood test they use for fatigue.

It’s very similar to what I use in clinic with many of my female clients.

I call it my superhero energy panel.⚡️

Because fatigue in perimenopause and menopause is rarely straightforward—and standard blood tests don’t always tell the full story.

What I see often is women being told everything is “in range”… while still feeling exhausted.

So I look deeper.

Iron status, B vitamins, vitamin D, thyroid hormones, inflammation, autoimmunity.

Not to chase perfection—but to understand what’s actually driving symptoms.

Because “normal” isn’t always optimal.

Fatigue isn’t something to push through.
It’s information.

And it deserves a closer look.
