Wow what a manic afternoon I've had & it was very unexpected.... Had to call the vets as Dusty (my mums dog) is poorly, so they got me in for 3pm... I had to move my catch up call with Slimming World with Jodie in Urmston, thankfully we could fit it in tomorrow 😀😀....
I quickly prepped my chunky chilli for tea & I'm so glad I did 😋😋....
I don't like being thrown out of my routine as it sets my anxiety through the roof, but I did it 💪💪....
Dusty is home with my mum & I'm waiting for my hubby to get home from work so I can tuck into my chilli 🩵🩵....

Wow, what an achievement Rob has had in his 1st week... After a great week of food optimising & weighing/measuring where needed he came back with an 8lbs loss, achieving his 1/2st award in his first week 💪💪....
Vicky who also joined our group last week had a fantastic loss of 5 1/2lbs.... She's never tried Slimming World before & she also educated us on exotic fruits, who knew there was a speed free food fruit that tastes like custard 😋😋....
A 2st award was also given to Sophie, who is 2lbs away from her pre pregnancy weight 🫶🫶....
Also a huge well done to Nicola for receiving Slimmer of the Week, getting back on track after a cruise holiday has certainly paid off 😀😀....
As always I'm super proud of every single one of my members for turning up & staying to group regardless of how their week has been 🩵🩵....

It's my 'Treat' day today & it's nothing to do ith food/drink 🤣🤣....
Many members have treat days, so it may be a meal out or an alcoholic drink, which can lead to self sabotage.... I'm not going to lie as a member I've done it before & before I knew it, that treat day had turned into a treat week ☹️☹️.... Now I choose something that makes me feel better about myself, I'll get my hair done, nails done or even get some new clothes 😀😀....
Small changes will help us create better habits 🩵🩵.... Start making those small changes & your future self will thank you 🥰🥰....

Yes I'm still going to the gym at 3am & I'm proud of myself for committing to this 💪💪....
I'm not going to lie, I've struggled over the last few years to get in the right mindset & gained some weight, which left me feeling like rubbish.... A few weeks ago I promised myself that I'm going to get back to my target weight & I knew I had to change a few things 🙂🙂....
Now I'm back doing my workout my mindset has changed, I'm food optimising better & I feel better, not only physically, but mentally too 🥰🥰....
It takes time & determination to where you want to be, so never lose hope 🩵🩵.... I'm always open about the struggles I have to my members & as a group we support & inspire each other 🙃🙃....
No judgement, no humiliation, just regular people wanting the same goals 🫶🫶...
