So tonight's tea was pork loin, veg & sweet potato mash with a cheesy wholegrain mustard sauce (using a calcium choice) 😋😋....

Wow, I'm more focused & determined than ever.... I've changed a few eating habits & I feel like I've got this 💪💪....

Tea last night was steak (visible fat removed), 1 5 flat mushrooms, rainbow salad & a few SW style homemade chips ... Brekky this morning was watermelon 🍉 .... Lunch was 2 slices of wholemeal toast ( 2 × healthy extra fibre ) topped with chestnut mushrooms, spinach & SW style fried egg....

Now I'm set for the rest of the day as I'm in group in a few hours & I'll probably snack on some fruit if I feel peckish later 😋😋....

So like I promised myself, I was back at the gym for the first time in a year 😊😊....
After a rubbish 2 years & gaining weight I decided enough is enough.... I've always been open & honest to my members, whilst feeling like I'm a fraud as I'm helping them on their weightloss journeys & not helping myself 😢😢.....
After seeing photos of me when I was at target gave me a little hope & that I CAN get there again 😊😊....
With my new focus & determination I was in the gym at 3am 🤣🤣....
Here's to getting back to target 💪💪....

I handed out a special award last night.... Amanda achieved her 13st award, she looks incredible.... She's an inspiration to all of my members & helps give advice to those that struggle.... A huge congratulations 🫶🫶...

Who'd love to achieve their weightloss goals, but also have the flexibility to still enjoy socialising 😊😊.....
