This change means so much more to me than simply choosing a new name. I’m a registered nurse, and I worked incredibly hard to earn my Degree and my nursing PIN.

My medical background is at the heart of everything I do, so I wanted my business name to reflect that ❤️

What makes my clinic different is not just the treatments I offer, but the knowledge, clinical experience and professional accountability behind them. Every consultation and treatment is approached with a strong understanding of anatomy, patient safety, infection prevention and complication management.

I don’t believe aesthetics should ever be about following trends or changing what makes you you, My focus is on honest advice, carefully considered treatment plans and natural looking results with your safety and wellbeing always coming first

This is also the beginning of an exciting new chapter as I continue developing my clinical knowledge and work towards becoming an independent nurse prescriber.

The name may be changing, but the person, values and level of care behind the clinic remain exactly the same.

Subtle tweaks, beautiful difference ✨

This lovely client wanted a natural refresh to the lower face while still looking completely like herself

💉 0.5ml lip filler was used to gently restore volume, improve definition and create a soft, hydrated-looking lip without overfilling

💉 1ml dermal filler was carefully distributed across the marionette area to soften the downward lines and provide subtle support around the corners of the mouth.

The result? A softer, fresher and more balanced lower face, while keeping everything beautifully natural 🤍

💉 LET’S TALK BRUISING… 💉

Bruising is one of the most common side effects following injectable treatments and unfortunately, even with the best technique, it can’t always be avoided!

Some people naturally bruise more easily than others (me being one of them) but there are also things that can increase your chances of bruising around the time of your appointment:

🩸 Alcohol in the 24–48 hours before treatment

🩸 Certain medications, including aspirin and some anti-inflammatories such as ibuprofen

🩸 Supplements such as fish oil/omega-3, vitamin E, ginkgo, garlic and ginseng

🩸 Having treatment around your period — some clients notice they bruise more easily or feel more sensitive

🩸 Strenuous exercise immediately before or after your appointment

🩸 Previous bruising tendency, some of us are simply more prone to it!

✨ How can you prepare?

Avoid alcohol for 24–48 hours beforehand, stay well hydrated and avoid a heavy workout immediately before your appointment.

Important: Never stop prescribed medication, including aspirin or blood thinners, just to reduce the risk of bruising. Always speak to the clinician who prescribed it first.

And remember.. a bruise doesn’t mean anything has gone wrong. Even the most experienced injectors cannot guarantee a completely bruise free treatment. We’re working around lots of tiny blood vessels, and occasionally we’re going to catch one! 🫶🏻

Bruising is usually temporary and settles naturally over the following days.

One year today since I took the leap and left my NHS nursing job to focus on my business full time… and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made ❤️

A little tweak can make such a big difference 🤍

Marionette lines can make us look sad or tired, even when we don’t feel it.

For this lovely client, we used dermal filler to soften the lines and give a little more support to the lower face. The aim isn’t to erase every line, it’s to refresh and restore whilst keeping everything looking natural

I absolutely love this result because she’s still her… just looking a little fresher and less drawn around the mouth
