This year I’ve supported 46 runners through marathon prep 🏃‍♂️

And it was never just about fixing pain.

It was about giving people a plan, confidence, guidance, and support all the way to the start line — and ultimately the finish line too.

Every injury had a story behind it. Training load, recovery, strength, stress, consistency. My job wasn’t just to treat symptoms, but to help runners understand their bodies, trust the process, and keep moving forward.

Seeing athletes go from “I don’t think I’ll make race day” to feeling strong and prepared is the best part of what I do

This is Sian. 🏃‍♀️

After developing ITB pain during marathon training, poor management and ongoing setbacks left her out of running for over a year.

Pain was only part of the problem.

Confidence dropped.
Trust in her body disappeared.
Fear of re-injury took over.

So we took a different approach.

✔️ Assessed the root cause
✔️ Identified key capacity deficits
✔️ Built a structured rehab + S&C plan
✔️ Progressively rebuilt strength, resilience, and confidence

Three weeks later, Sian was back running.

Now? She’s completed her first 10km in over a year and is already planning her next race — knowing she earned every step of the comeback. 💪

Meet George.
Read his story.

10 weeks before Manchester Marathon… George could barely tolerate weight bearing.

Most runners would’ve pulled out.

Instead, we built a plan. Controlled the pain. Rebuilt confidence. Gradually returned to running.

Last weekend?
George crossed the line in 3:19. 🏅

The final 4 weeks are where everything comes together… but also where fatigue, tightness, and niggles tend to creep in.

This is your window to be proactive — not reactive.
