We spend between £5-10 each week on “the best quality” apple juice from the supermarket. We dilute it for a lil sweet fix or use it in smoothies.

Only to find out… that company’s treat and heat it for a longer shelf life which removes the flavour which they then have to re-add which is insane.

This week we visited bought £6 worth of apples and juiced the lot instead. Got twice as much and oh the smell the taste 👅 what a treat for the senses.

Another small act of rebellion against these ridiculous over priced supermarkets 🤮

I think what’s missing from the wellness community is joy.

I don’t think we need another course in healing or trauma or therapy at all. I think we need fun, laughter, dancing and anything and everything that brings us joy.

My new mission is to find the fun in everyday. Everyday when I wake up I’ll be asking myself, how can I enJOY today, how can I make things more fun….

I’m trying to swim each week. Despite the health advice that chlorine is bad, despite the advice that cardio isn’t as beneficial for you as some other ways I could be spending my time, I’m doing it because I like it, simple.

And that’s how I intend to continue…. Doing things just because I like it.
