Sharing a home shouldn’t mean giving up your own space — so we designed one where it doesn’t.

Built for adults aged 18–35 with autism, learning disabilities and sensory needs, it pairs three private suites with warm shared spaces. Together when you want it, space when you need it.

Every detail is calm, sensory-friendly and built to last — right down to a sensory room the person controls themselves, from colour-changing lights to voice-activated music.

We ended the year by coming together to celebrate the incredible people who make Hudah Group what it is. Our end-of-year event was a chance to recognise our staff’s hard work, dedication, and achievements throughout the year.

In true Hudah Group fashion, the celebration wasn’t just about us. We also organised a charity bake sale on the night, raising over £1,700 to support an important cause.

We’re especially proud to share that one of our team members, Kas has taken this even further. Kas is running the Marrakesh Marathon as part of TeamGRT, fundraising to support people facing crisis and urgent need.

We are proud to share a short sample of how great housing design can look and feel even when supporting people who may present behaviours that challenge.

This apartment one of 4 in our new service “Coppice Rise” was designed specifically to support a young person with:
- Complex Needs
- Autism
- Severe Leanring Disbalties
- ADHD
- PICA
- Challenging Behaviours

Traditional housing options often don’t meet the needs of people with complex / sensory needs. That is why we designed housing differently.

Every detail — from calming colour schemes, sensory-friendly lighting, robust and safe finishes, to carefully thought-out layouts — has been created to reduce anxiety, promote independence, and support positive behaviour.

This apartment allows the person to control his sensory environment through voice controlled smart lighting and blinds. Windows are protected with stylish yet robust looking protective casing allowing for natural light and ventilation whilst protecting the glass windows.

The tough furniture used throughout limits the money, time and energy spent on replacing broken furniture.
We’ve also managed to add a sensory room with built in smart lighting, speakers and safety padding creating a space where the person can regulate himself in an environment they can control.

This isn’t just “housing” — it’s a safe, empowering home that’s tailored to the individual. A place where they can feel secure, respected, and supported to thrive.

At Hudah Group, we believe that great support starts with great environments — and we’re proud to be leading the way for people with complex needs. Everyone deserves a place they can truly call home.
