Life changed.
We moved from Australia to Egypt.
New country. New home. New routine.

Some days I felt strong.
Some days I felt lost.

But one thing I never let go of was moving my body.
Fitness is not about “bouncing back.”
It’s the one thing that keeps me mentally okay as a mum of two

New chapter. New journey ✨

I haven’t been on here for a while.
Not because I didn’t care, but because life needed all of me.

There were big changes, hard moments, beautiful moments, and I had to step away to be present, to heal, and to grow ❤️

So much has changed, and I promise I’ll slowly catch you up when the time feels right.

For now, all I’ll say is this, I’ve officially said my bye-bye to Australia 🦘

I’ve packed up our life, followed my heart, and started fresh somewhere new.

I’m learning how to make a new place feel like home one day at a time❤️
