Last weekend was Day 2 of the sound bath practitioner training. I also feel honoured when people choose to book their training with me. This cohort was such a wonderful collection of beautiful souls.

Confidence, community and sharing ideas and practice are at the heart of what we do over the two days and there is always alot of smiles and laughter 🥰✨

October has half the spaces booked and Jan 2027 is open for bookings.

What a bank holiday weekend

So much going on but lots of fun! Starting with a chill evening of sound yoga cacao and crystals with the lovely

Saturday was day 2 of the sound bath practitioners training at the lovely - such a lovely group and more pics to follow!

Sunday fun in the sun at with a fab idea of the back packs for kids which went down a treat with the girls.

Then Monday was a trip to this was so much fun! We laughed a lot and such a fun (and cool) way to spend the bank holiday!
