We showed up, we sweated, we flowed 🌿✨

GridFit circuits, yoga & meditation, with the most beautiful refreshments from 🥤Sweat & Bloom’s first session was everything.

The energy in that room was something special. You had to be there 👀🌸

Spring is calling and we’re taking it to the rooftop 🌸

Join us for a wholesome morning of movement, flow and fresh air - open to ALL levels, whether you’re a regular or brand new to us!

Here’s what we’ve got for you:
💪 30 min GridFit : 2 rounds of circuit training (indoors)
🧘‍♀️ 30 min rooftop yoga & meditation (outdoors, yes, ROOFTOP 🙌)
🥤 Social mingles with refreshments after by

This session with Arun focuses on slowing the body down and giving the mind space to settle.

Through guided movement and breathing techniques, you’ll release tension in the spine and hips, calm the nervous system, and learn simple tools you can actually use in everyday life.

No complicated poses.
No pressure to perform.

Just practical movements and breathing that helps you switch off properly.
