We are back with a new date in June for another soul-nourishing energiser workshop designed to help you reset your mind and body, finding space to breathe, move and unwind.

We’ll begin with a classical Pilates session, awakening your body and strengthening your centre, flowing seamlessly into a deeply restorative Alchemy Crystal Sound Healing Journey to refresh your energy from the inside out.

We will flow from stying your blooms to a beautiful alchemy crystal sound journey THE perfect morning, bring your friend ... bring your mum or come by yourself as we all leave as friends anyway! Ps unlimited herbal tea for you too!

Flowers will be florist choice but you know they are going to be soo stunning, just check out our last bloom & sound for what to expect.

A small group session with a capacity of 8 people to offer you a more personal alchemy crystal journey in my boutique studio.

I am inviting you to join me as I guide you through a restorative sound journey immersed in soothing sounds, healing frequencies and vibrations produced by my collection of alchemy crystal bowls, chimes and other healing instruments as you lie on a soft luxurious mattress with a cushion, blanket and eye mask for added comfort.

My sessions are designed to gently soothe the nervous system, support emotional release, and bring the body back into harmony. Sound healing offers a powerful gateway to meditative states, helping to clear energetic blockages, unlock creativity, and reconnect you with your innate sense of peace and purpose.

Whether you’re navigating personal growth, building a vision, or seeking deeper clarity, my sound healing journeys offer a powerful tool to reconnect with your highest self.

These evening journeys will allow you to float out of the space and straight into a blissful sleep.

Sound has a beautiful way of reaching the places within us that words cannot.

Like my beautiful pink aura bowl with laughing Buddha inside, straight to the heart centre, each of these connect us to the internal rhythm…it’s a felt sensation listening inwards to feel where it lands.

Through vibration, rhythm and frequency, the body begins to soften and restore its natural equilibrium.

At .retreat & I simply create the space for that process to unfold, if you feel called come journey along and try it for yourself, my intention is for you to leave feeling lighter and deeply grounded🪽
