Most people try to “think” their way out of stress.
But the nervous system responds to the body first.

That’s why simple physical practices like breathing and cold exposure can have such a powerful effect on mental clarity, emotional regulation and stress resilience.

Two simple examples:

1️⃣ Slow nasal breathing
