Evening all!
As some of you will know, yesterday I challenged myself to run 1k every hour for 24 hours.
I know I can run 24k in one go, after a warm up, good vibes and music… but I wanted to see if I had it in me to push myself out the door when I really didn’t want to. A proper test of my determination.
I’m running the London Marathon next year and I know that at certain points it will really test my motivation.
I documented the entire 24 hours. From the 3am runs where I could hardly get out of bed.. to a Crosby beach trip, to midnight where I completed the challenge.
I want to raise awareness and funds for Andy’s Man Club in the most creative ways I can, and I know I’m a creative person… so I’ve made one of the best YouTube videos I’ve made yet.
It would mean THE WORLD if some of you would show the video some love.
The more likes the video gets, the higher the chance YouTube take notice and push the video into people’s feeds… the justgiving donation link is in the video description. Already we’ve revived a whopping £925 on this venture.
I put a lot of effort into the YouTube, and over the years created some amazing friendships on here. Stereotypically a lot of people on my Facebook friend list won’t even see this post, so the chances of getting 1.7k followers to support this video is slim to none, but for those of you who do see this, please do support.
Fitness has become my life, and my life is only still ongoing because of Andy’s Man Club. That’s why I put so much effort into this.
I make no money on YouTube, I’m MILES and YEARS away from monetisation (if ever) - I do this for the love of it
The video will premiere at 8pm UK time but you can already like and press “notify me” if you’d like to support x
