Please note we don’t take single rabbits, or any number of uninsured rabbits any more sadly. This is a decision we have been forced to come to due to our insurance, size, and the vast rise in vet costs, sorry. We can recommend elsewhere if you drop us an email and ask.

Hello lovely people. Hywel here. Non rabbit post! Just intrepid call out for anyone interested! As you probably know from our chats on the driveway over the years, we love to travel. And I'm a radio presenter too...

As part of my travels, I've fallen in love with Californian and American wines. I also love a quiz. And Christmas films. So I've put all that together.

I've spent a while finding wines that will blow your taste buds away from Europe across the Atlantic forever. And I'm doing a wine tasting with Christmas Movie Quiz, with the help of Jimmy Stewart (well, Ai Jimmy).

Is muesli bad for your buns?

Rabbits are very selective eaters and have a mighty sweet tooth. This means that they will purposely seek out sugary foods.

As muesli is a food mix, rabbits will actually pick out the sweetest bits and leave the rest!

This means that they are not getting the minerals and nutrients they need for a healthy digestive system.

This is why you should move away from muesli and stick to a diet that consists of 85% feeding hay, 10% leafy greens, and 5% extruded pellets.

To enable maximum animal care but also have a family Christmas, we have three days over the period to choose from for drop offs and pick ups. They are 23rd and 29th of December and 2nd of January.
