Sold-out classes don’t happen by accident.

Danielle and Celina are both relatively new yoga teachers.
Neither started with years of experience.
Neither started with huge audiences.

What they did have was a willingness to learn.
They showed up.
They asked questions.
They used the support.
They learned from other leaders.
Then they put it into practice.

The sold-out classes are exciting.
But the real achievement is the communities they’ve built and the confidence they’ve gained along the way.

That’s the bit I’m most proud of.

Niamh, I’m so proud of you.

You absolutely smashed it on Saturday. Leading RnB Yoga on the main stage and then delivering a BBC interview so confidently is inspiring to so many people.

Less than a year ago you became a Yoga Social Club licencee and since then you’ve grown an incredible community, sold out classes and events, expanded into more territories and completely backed yourself every step of the way.

And none of it is by accident. It’s your warmth, your energy, your facilitation and the way you make people feel that keeps people coming back.

I’d love everyone to listen to Niamh’s interview in stories and on here and show her some love because this is such a huge moment and so deserved!

You know it’s summer when park yoga starts…

What a beautiful session last night by in Abbotsfield park.

We chatted in the shade, moved as the evening cooled and giggled over a drink with the community.

It was so good to see so many faces and inspiring to watch the community grow and see lots of new faces.

Thank you for a magical evening; I feel like summer has started now! 🙌🏻

Yoga Social Club Leigh-on-Sea sold out its first class in 24 hours.

12 spaces gone from one launch reel.

And we are so proud of Danielle.

Since joining, she has shown up fully.
On the calls.
Inside the resources.
Asking questions.
Listening.
Learning.
Looking at what has worked in other communities.
Then she applied it.
And before her first class has even happened, it has sold out.

Her message said:
“I’m buzzing, sold out so quick, I haven’t had time to absorb it.”

This is what happens when a brilliant teacher has the right support, structure and community around them.

Leigh-on-Sea, you are in very good hands.

A year ago, most of our leaders were being paid for the hour: between multiple jobs in one day. Burned out: exhausted.

Now, many of them are earning 3–4x that by running their own classes, events and communities.

Different cities.
Different backgrounds.
Same intention behind it.

Creating spaces people actually want to come back to week in, week out.

And building something that feels sustainable, that they can nurture, not just something that fills a time slot.

This is what Yoga Social Club is about.

No one really says this to their yoga teacher…

but it shows up every week.

In the ones who nearly didn’t come.
In the ones who keep coming back, quietly.
In the ones who came for a class
and somehow stayed.

The yoga helps more than we probably say out loud.

But it’s not just the yoga.

It’s the moment someone realises
they don’t have to perform here.

It’s being held without being fixed.

And then staying after.

That first drink where you almost leave early.
The conversations you didn’t expect.
The shift from this is new
to this is part of my life.

Most people won’t ever say any of this out loud.

But if you’ve felt it, you know.

Sometimes it’s not about yoga at all.
It’s about who held the room
and who was still there after.

Whether you’ve held the room
or found yourself in it,
you’ll understand this one.
