Making healthy choices everyday isnt a hobby it’s a lifestyle, it’s not for a season here and there but for life.
Consistency and conscious choices on a repeating cycle.

Yes it’s I used a gin glass, I wanted to makesure those bubbles could really shine.

Electrolyzed reduced water aka Kangen water aka living structured water, is hydrogen rich alkaline water

It’s alive, it’s the water we was always designed to consume as we are electrical beings

It’s water that you find in a natural spring, that was kissed by the sun, brushed against rocks, that constantly moved and literal life flowing through it

All other water is classed as dead, it’s has nothing accept for chemicals.
Yes even fancy, expensive water bottles are filled from a tap, adding ph drops, salts, minerals won’t change the fact that the water is still classed as dead. It’s not hydrogen rich, living structured.

You can drink it by the bucket and it will still not hydrate you on a cellular level.

Filters and reverse osmosis strip the chemicals but it is still dead water, nothing you add to that will change it.

Let’s be clear, this is not a filter!

Filtration is part of the process and it’s incredibly important to filter our water, now more than ever

Last year I joined something I never had would have considered before

The travel industry - becoming an independent travel agent

2 reasons -
1- another line in network marketing (money and time)
2- access to the best deals, benefits and commission for booking my own travel (which is pretty bloody useful being a family of 6)

Went with my gut ➡️ joined ➡️paying off in multiple ways

And those bottles in huge crates for 50p are even worse and those fancy bottles which are expensive (are still filled from a contaminated tap)

And those sold as alkaline bottled water are manipulated with drops to raise the ph ( that is not living structured water

You was not meant to consume dead, contaminated, poisoned water

We should be drinking from natural springs, that have been kissed by the sun, that move and flow constantly brushing against rocks and that has literal life moving through it. (But they all got taken over and shut off……I wonder why)

This is not a trend, a gimmick, a con
