Burnage Slimming World with Tricia Hi I'm Tricia, 07726 421134, and I run my Slimming World groups in Burnage on Thursdays and Saturdays, please contact for more information.

I have now successfully lost 7½ stones with the help of Slimming World's generous eating plan. From June 2021 to September 2022 I lost a total of 7 stones and I have been a target member of Slimming World since September 2022. Before losing my weight I was constantly out of breath and physical ailments such as pain in my knees meant that physical exercise was painful. My sleeping pattern was distu

rbed and I found it difficult to socialise because of my weight. Since then, I have a new found confidence and look forward to meeting up with friends socially, I have a new lease of life. I have joined a walking group and climbed Helvellyn which is a personal best for me. I have now become a Consultant representing Slimming World as I want to help others achieve their personal best and also their dreams.

Please note that the two sessions are the same, you must state which of the sessions you are available to attend. Those who are allocated a place will be sent an email on Wednesday the 19th.
