Outreach Community & Residential Services Outreach Community and Residential services support adults with Learning Disabilities and /or Mental Health needs.

Outreach has for the past 35 years been successfully providing a range of services supporting adults with a learning disability and/or long term mental health needs, to live an independent life. Our aim is to provide person centred support to people living either in their own homes or within our residential services. Outreach was formed in 1977 after a group of parents who had children with a lear

ning disability, from within the Jewish community, wanted a more independent life and support within the community for their children. Supported living We have developed a range of services including intensive support for people with challenging behaviours, dual diagnosis, autism specific services, services for people with additional physical and sensory needs and supported living service for people who are more independent. We work closely with families, carers and other stakeholders to provide co-ordinated services for individuals. There is a high level of active service user participation with regular forums for service users with learning disabilities. We currently support a number of people living in the Prestwich area and also Manchester, Bury and Salford.
