My love hate relationship with content.

Ironically even this post came with a warning that over 3 minutes is too long and so won’t be pushed out to new people.

Maybe I need a change of channel, or maybe I don’t need to create content at all, who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️

Happy Monday, I’m off to talk for a long time on teams and zoom and any other channel that gets thrown at me today.

International Women’s Day 2026.

I have many thoughts on the day and the theme particularly this year, feels a bit lilac cupcakes and fluffy social posts rather than real change BUT using this day to celebrate me, celebrate everything I give to myself, give to others because women aren’t always taught to be loud and proud, we’re taught to be thankful for what we get, and I’m bored of that.

There’s a rise in people having ‘imposter syndrome’ well no wonder because we’re taught to ignore the things that are great about us, in place of celebrating others.

So let’s start celebrating ourselves more, being proud of our own success and not playing it down.

Let’s champion better pay, better healthcare and actual equality it’s needed more than ever right now.

Our voice, our stories will inspire, encourage and create change.

Do you have a word of the year for 2026?

To be honest I eye rolled the concept of it for many years, but this year is different.

This year I feel a real pull towards living and working more Intentionally. Slowing down, shifting my focus and energy to the areas that matter most to me, that’s work, money and life in general.

I’m using this to help build my boundaries, guide my decisions and check in with myself when I go off on a tangent to bring my focus back to what matters.

Here’s to 45!A year of giving less f***s and using better skincare.

As we’re hurtling towards the end of the year, I’ve been pr̶o̶c̶r̶a̶s̶t̶i̶n̶a̶t̶i̶n̶g̶, I mean reflecting on the past 12 months, it’s been a wild ride, here’s what I’ve learnt

1. Starting again was exciting, but it’s been the biggest learning curve, leaning into change is one of the best ways to learn and shape your future.

2. Finding my own rhythm following an ADHD self diagnosis was a challenge, it made me question things, look at things in a different way but essentially not hold myself to the old ways of doing things. Your rhythm needs to fit you, not the old you, not the I wish I was like this you, the you right here and now.

3. Find your people, it’s ok not to feel like you fit in, you possibly don’t, but you will fit in, in the right places. Don’t waste your time trying too hard in the wrong places.

4. People will buy into you and your ideas more than yourself. We often think we need polished ideas, proof, experience and all the detail figured out, most people buy into you and trust you can do what you say you can do. It’s important to have that faith in yourself.

5. Shrinking to fit is never the answer, yes we bend, we adapt, but remember the path you’ve walked, the power inside you and just how fu***ng capable you actually are.

6. Create the space to be more intentional, about the small things and the big things, the every day thing. Doing things with purpose is a lot more enjoyable (and sometimes more Instagramable to)

7. Slower is sometimes better.

8. Boundaries need to be more robust than a wet piece of rice paper, and more than you’re paid for, isn’t always smart. If it’s not for a reason or purpose,

9. The vibe check is a very valid measure to use.

10. It’s not that serious.

Here’s to 2026, more fun, less chaos, more money, less work, more of these photos.

I tell everyone to understand their own personal values, because these are what drive you every decision, your feeling of satisfaction, success and frustration and knowing these can help you navigate life and career with a lot more focus.
