You’re here to lead and now is the time.

There’s people who need to hear your voice; beings who need to be woken up. They need to hear your story and witness you as an example of someone who is living in alignment with your spine.

Tell your story, take the action, honour your bones. Feel what sparks fire in your heart. Remember what you came here to do. It’s time.

You’ve been taught that some feelings are pretty and some are to be suppressed. Anger is shameful (don’t be too powerful) sadness is a drag (light up the room!) when in truth

You know you came here to allow your multicoloured everything of emotion to flow. You know that allowing yourself to feel is where your power lies. You’d body isn’t a problem to be solved. Your emotions aren’t in the way of your relationships, your business, work, money making or creativity

Meet yourself with reverence for your life force today.

What do you feel right now dear one? In your heart, belly and bones? What does that tell you you need a desire today? And how can you give yourself at least 1% of that?
