We also have 'The Hub' in Sale, Manchester, which provides Day opportunities for adults. Our business has developed in many ways, from being appointed as 1st call provider to many of the NHS Trusts and Care Homes we work with, sole supplier to a well respected national Residential Children’s Care provider. This is a full-time vacancy (40 hours per week.)
SALARY IS £35K PER ANNUM. (FULL-TIME).
We are looking for a skilled and values-driven Team Manager to support a young man to live a meaningful, active, and fulfilling life, while leading a staff team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
EXPERIENCE IN PBS Principles are essential for this role.

We are seeking GARDENING SESSION LEADERS for the Hub!
We are looking for people who can lead Gardening sessions for people with learning difficulties and autism. The Hub is a vibrant community hub which provides a range of inclusive tailored activities and outings for people with enhanced needs.
We are in search of people who can offer personalised sessions tailored to the pace of the attendees, making sure that everyone feels comfortable and supported:
🌱🪴Potting plants
🌱🪴Growing from seeds
🌱🪴Caring for plants
🌱🪴Watering and harvesting

SALE / M33.
You must be positive and capable of supporting people with Learning DifficultiesAutism/Disabilities.
Each session would be approximately 2 hours, morning or afternoon ( 1000-1200 or 1300-1500) ⏰.

Some of the Hub participants had a wonderful experience at the local nature reserve. We went for a nature walk, looked for squirrels among the trees, and had a lovely picnic.
