Next Level Nutrition

Next Level Nutrition You set goals! But they fall off your to do list? Everyone else has what they need…but your needs fall to the bottom of the pile.

Let’s change that with accountability & know how to prioritise YOU without guilt and get back to feeling like YOURSELF. It’s apparent from a quick internet search that the information available to both athletes and the general public alike regarding nutrition is of varying quality and reliability. Next Level Nutrition aims to provide evidence based, scientifically backed strategies that will assis

t in maximising training, performance or just every day life with a ‘food first’ approach. Angela Clucas, Isle of Man based Nutritionist and owner of Next Level Nutrition holds a 1st class honours degree in Human Nutrition and a masters in Sport Nutrition at Liverpool John Moores University, a Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr) accredited course which is administered by The British Dietetic Association. If you’re standing here right now thinking “right, I need to get back on track,” don’t ask yourself what you ‘should’ be doing…

Ask yourself: what can I actually KEEP doing when work gets busy, when I’m knackered, when life doesn’t cooperate?

There is no perfect plan.

There is no system or ‘hack’ you don’t know yet.

The only system you need is the one that works for you, for your life, that you can stick to on your hard days.

The bad day plan if you like.

And if you need someone to help you work out what that actually looks like for your life? That’s exactly what I do.

I work 1:1 with capable but maxed out women who know what they should be doing but can’t work out why they’re not getting the body they expected.

September-December 1:1 coaching.

DM me if you’re feeling like you want to RESET today but you know how that ends by mid week 🫠

There is a better way and I’ll show you 🧡

It’s so simple…

“How do I feel?”

Hungry -> Eat

Emotion -> Strategy

We create the strategies in advance, so you always have a plan and you never feel like you don’t know what to do.

Ready for that level of confidence in yourself?

It’s time we had a chat.

DM me and tell me what word do you think would come up most for you and I’ll help you with a strategy to test in the DM’s for free 🧡

Psst click here…

The compartment method - it really needs a better name but hear me out.

Life isn’t as random as we think.

We have ‘compartments’ - days that happen often that might not link as a pattern.

The days we work late

The weekends we go for brunch or a roast

The days we go hiking or on a long bike ride

The nights out

The days where nothing happens

Think of each one as a compartment.

Each compartment has a strategy.

A set of standards you agree to, that feel aligned with your overall goals and identity.

These are totally bespoke to you.

One woman might tell me she wants to go for a boozy brunch with friends and she gives herself unconditional permission to set her body goals aside that day.

Another might tell me she wants to be able to enjoy brunch but keep her overall day balanced and stay goal focused.

Only you can know what is important to you to say yes or no to.

My role? I’ll help you come up with a strategy for all your compartments of life.

So you don’t need to plan your week and take out all of the fun.

You can be spontaneous and still focus on your goals.

But you’ll always have a plan for how to handle your days that happen most - because that’s where the magic of change happens 🧡

Curious? Follow and I’ll tell you anything you want to know.

Number 8 is 🫪

1. Thinness does not equal happiness. At my thinnest, I was freezing cold, couldn’t go out to enjoy life and had to sleep in my car between appointments because I was so tired all the time.

2. You don’t need to be more disciplined with good & workouts, you need to give yourself permission find the joy.

3. You might not have your career/life path figured out yet and that’s okay. You can always make a change. I’ve quit my 9-5 TWICE

4. Reject hustle culture. No one will remember you for always being the one that said yes to unpaid overtime.

5. Somethings cannot be fixed. Walk away. Do not reply to the text.

6. Learn to fail well. You will fail, even if you haven’t yet. Let the tears dry and make it a learning experience.

7. Pay attention to what keeps happening over and over: diets you can’t sustain, plans you keep abandoning. What needs to shift?

8. You don’t like everyone so why do you feel the need to make everyone like you. Some won’t, it’s okay. Let them be.

9. Build a flexible system of eating not a meal plan. Learn about protein and eat as many plants as you can too. And if you need help with that, hi 👋🏼

10. Be kind to yourself. You’re only human after all 🧡

What would you add that you’ve learned in the last 10 years no matter what age you are? 👇🏼 share the secrets

🤯 The truth?

You already know which habits aren’t serving you 🫪

I bet you could list them out for me… the Friday night takeout, the afternoon snacking that you know is boredom, the extra glass of wine to finish the bottle…

You’re not stupid, and you’re not lying to yourself… but you’re maybe not connecting that it’s those small decisions that are keeping you from where you want to be.

I’m here to tell you, you don’t need a meal plan, you don’t need a 47 step morning routine, and you definitely don’t need any more rules.

What do you need?

A conversation with someone who’s been Coaching intelligent capable women for over 10 years I know exactly the right questions to ask (hi it’s me Angela Clucas MSc | Nutritionist Strategist)

The kind of conversation where you hear yourself say the pattern out loud and suddenly you can’t even see it anymore.

The result? Self correction.

Not because I’ve told you to do something, but because you’ve seen the gap that’s holding you back…

This isn’t your average Nutrition Coaching… so if you’re ready for something totally different, for strategic Nutrition coaching for women who are doing most of the right things but plateaued at they’re not quite there yet moment…

Coaching spots for September to December on our open.

No meal plans, no micromanagement, just the space to see what you’ve been missing and the strategy to close the gap 🧡

If you’re curious, it’s definitely time we had a chat. Drop me a message and tell me what’s the one thing you wish you could get under control in terms of eating?

Mine are definitely not when I’m sat at my desk.

In fact, they’re usually somewhere between a beach walk...

A coffee...

Or staring out to sea.

(Or in the shower - anyone else?!)

I think as busy humans, we massively underestimate what stepping away from day to day life gives us.

I don’t mean just in a business sense, I mean in life in general.

The same goes for our health, wellness, weight…

We often jump to doing more, adding more, another supplement, is it collagen I need now? Fasting? More protein? 😬

But really? It’s giving yourself enough space to notice what you’ve stopped seeing.

(There’s that theme again 😉)

This might blow your mind…

But it’s really simple.

Going to the gym in your 40s isn't just about dropping a few pounds for your holiday.

It's about being strong as you age.

So you can get up off the floor on your own.

Carry your shopping bags and luggage.

Reduce your risk of falling and losing your independence as you get older.

Basically, so you can do what the fck you want, for as long as possible.

I only ever used to go to the gym to chase being skinny. I wanted to be as tiny as possible by the pool.

Now? No way.

My reasons for training are so much bigger than that.

But... I also want to look like I train.

And I speak to lots of women who feel exactly the same.

They're going to the gym.

They're getting stronger.

They're looking after themselves.

But they're still frustrated because their body doesn't reflect the effort they're putting in.

And you know what?

It's okay to have aesthetic goals too.

You don't have to choose between wanting to be strong and healthy at 70 and wanting to feel bloody good in your jeans now.

But if you're training consistently and not seeing the changes you'd expect, doing *more* isn't necessarily the answer.

We need to look at how your nutrition and training are working together.

Not 200-calorie sad salads Monday to Friday followed by a weekend "fck it" because you're starving and frustrated.

And not another generic "eat more protein" plan either.

We look at what you're already doing.

What's working.

What's missing.

What your body and your goals actually require now.

And we build the system around YOU.

I'm opening my 1:1 coaching diary for September through to Christmas now.

So if you're already doing a lot right but you're frustrated that your results don't reflect your effort, you're exactly the woman I want to work with.

Send me a message and let's talk.

After 10 years of coaching women... this is what I know to be true 🧡

The healthiest women aren’t the ones who never take holidays or nights out or let their hair down…

They’re the ones who know a holiday cant undo all their progress.

So let’s enjoy the ice cream.

And have a cocktail.

And let’s walk because we want to explore, not because we’re chasing a step count.

Then all you need to do is come home and simply get back to normal habits.

No guilt.
No punishment.
No “starting again Monday.”

That’s how to truly get the balance.

And that’s what I want for every woman I work with. We bloody deserve it!!

The first thing you tell me is almost certainly not the thing that's keeping you stuck.

Hear me out...

When women first come to work with me, they usually have a list of reasons why they think they're not getting the results they want.

"My hormones are all over the place."

"I'm obviously not eating enough protein."

"I keep ruining it every weekend."

"Maybe I just need to start fasting."

And I get it.

Those are the messages we're bombarded with every single day on social media, so of course that's where your mind goes first.

But those aren't the first things I'm looking at.

Before we change anything, I want to understand you.

Your routine.
Your lifestyle.
Your training.
Your recovery.

The habits that have slowly fallen by the wayside because... life.

Because the thing that's keeping you stuck usually isn't the thing you think it is.

When you're living your life every day, it's incredibly hard to spot your own blind spots. That's why generic advice rarely works for the long term - it doesn't take you into account.

After coaching women for over 10 years, I can usually spot those gaps pretty quickly.

And those small tweaks are often the things that make everything else fall into place.

It's exactly what I'll be covering in my free webinar.

If you've ever thought,

"I'm doing everything I know to do... so what am I actually missing?"

Comment WEBINAR below or send me a DM, and I'll make sure you get the details when registration opens - and when I am back from holiday (17/8). 💚
