Routine screening for females between the ages of 50-71 can help find abnormalities before any signs or symptoms may be seen or felt.

This course is designed to help colleagues, Mental Health First Aiders, and Mental Health Champions feel more confident recognising su***de risk, having supportive conversations, and responding appropriately when someone may be struggling.

The workshop covers:
• Understanding su***de statistics and warning signs
• How to listen and respond effectively
• Creating safe and supportive spaces
• Knowing how and when to signpost for further support
• Practical skills that can be used both inside and outside the workplace
