Shout out to Vinny for all the help to get me through this year-nearly 5months in a boot and all the rehab.
Achilles surgery anniversary today, wouldn’t have thought I’d be doing hops, plyometrics and strongman competitions before the end of year one but thanks my bespoke accelerated rehab plan and fab surgeon Mr Umar and my snazzy boot here we are! 💪🏼 🩼
