Two incredible Peak District hikes coming up with Men Outdoors 🌿

📌 Location: Ramshaw Rocks Lay-by ST13 8UG
🥾 13 miles | 735m elevation | 5–6 hours

If you’re joining us for the Three Peaks Challenge in June, completing both hikes would be great preparation, helping build endurance and fitness in the build up.

Expect epic views, solid climbs, good conversations, hard graft and proper days out!

Most of the time the truth only comes out in pubs, off our heads, or sat in a kitchen at 6am once the night’s gone too far.

And that’s costing lives.

Su***de is the biggest killer of men under 40.
That’s not a stat for a poster. That’s our mates, brothers, sons.

Men Outdoors was created with my best mate to help men reconnect with nature, with movement, and with each other.

A way to chase natural highs again.
Fresh air. Hard graft. Proper laughs.
Real conversations without needing alcohol or substances to lower the guard.

Not therapy.
No labels.
No pressure to talk but space to if you need it.

This year we’re committing to one hike or outdoor activity every month.
Most will be free, with a few bigger adventures later in the year that may come at a small cost.

If you’re stuck in the cycle.
If you feel flat.
If you just need to blow off steam sober.
