This , we're recognising the invaluable contribution of unpaid carers across our communities.

Every day, carers provide vital support to family members, friends and neighbours, helping people live well and remain connected to the people and places that matter most.

This year's theme, Building Carer Friendly Communities, highlights the important role we all play in creating inclusive, supportive environments where carers are recognised, valued and able to thrive.

Together, communities, health and care services, employers and local organisations can help ensure carers receive the support they need.

Racism has no place in health and care. Around 1 in 4 health and care staff in Greater Manchester report experiencing racism at work.

Behind every statistic is a real person and a real story. Our new campaign shines a light on these experiences through a powerful video featuring people who work in health and care from across Greater Manchester. The video shines a light on the impact of racism and encourages everyone to challenge it when they see it.

Watch the video and stand with our staff.
