🚑🌟 A wonderful achievement by Zack! 🌟🚑

Zack has created this amazing ambulance planter as part of his woodworking project, and he kindly decided to donate it to Rochdale Infirmary for everyone to enjoy. 💙

Zack proudly visited the infirmary to personally hand over his creation and watched as the lovely nursing team placed it in the garden for patients, visitors and staff to see. 🌿🌸

It was a fantastic moment to see Zack’s hard work, creativity and kindness make a positive difference within the local community.

We are incredibly proud of Zack and the thought and care he has put into creating something so special. Well done, Zack! 👏✨

🎉 A huge WELL DONE to our amazing clients! 🎉

Congratulations to Thomas, Qasim, Jolene, Jamie B, Isaac, Donna, Amy, Jonathan and Ahmed on successfully completing the Pure Innovations Life Skills Course! 👏🌟

Over the past six weeks, the group have worked incredibly hard, challenged themselves and developed valuable skills to support greater confidence and independence in everyday life.

Throughout the course, they have explored topics including money management, health and personal hygiene, healthy eating, confidence building, first aid, fire safety and much more.

The group have shown fantastic enthusiasm, determination and teamwork throughout. They have supported one another, celebrated each other’s achievements and embraced every new challenge with a positive attitude. 💪

It has been amazing to see their confidence grow week by week. They have developed new skills, made their own choices and shown just how capable they are.

We are incredibly proud of everything they have achieved — well done everyone! 🌟👏

Sometimes, it's the little things that hold the biggest memories. ❤️

We were recently contacted by a gentleman whose late mother had purchased one of our handmade wooden bird feeders several years ago. It had proudly stood in her garden for many years but over time it had become weathered and was beginning to deteriorate.

Following his mother's passing, he wanted to keep the bird feeder as a special memorial to her and asked if our WoodShack group could restore it and bring it back to life.

Our talented team took great pride in the project, carefully sanding, repairing and refinishing the bird feeder. Knowing the sentimental story behind it made the restoration even more meaningful and everyone was passionate about making it look as beautiful as possible.

The finished result was something we're incredibly proud of and most importantly the customer was overjoyed and deeply grateful to have such a special reminder of his mother with the bird feeder looking its very best once again.

He kindly shared this lovely photo of the restored bird feeder back in his garden, where it will continue to create cherished memories for years to come.

Moments like these remind us that what we make isn't just wood it's something that can hold memories, tell stories and mean the world to someone. 💚

Every Friday morning, our clients enjoy taking part in our Cooking & Baking session! 👩‍🍳🧁

These sessions are much more than just preparing delicious meals. They help develop food preparation and cooking skills, promote good food hygiene, build confidence and independence and encourage social interaction in a fun and supportive environment.

Pure Innovations Client Ahmed & Martyn –

Ahmed – "I enjoy doing this. Cooking recipes is good. One time we made vegetable quiche and it was so, so nice. Next I'd like to make vegetable lasagne!"

Martyn – “I always help to keep everything clean it’s very important for good hygiene. Cooking with your pals is fun.”

It was lovely to visit the Pure Innovations Gardening Group plant stall

… great to see the team making connections and sharing with others about the gardening they do in Alexandra Park – growing, sharing, and supporting communities through green spaces. These connections are what help growing projects thrive.

The team have a stall on Monday afternoons at the Boathouse Cafe - stop and have a chat and discover what they have on offer!
