Learning to go with flow is… putting all plans on hold to rescue this little guy.

My partner brought this little gosling home after finding it on a double carriageway, about to get run over, with no parents in sight.

Drove him to a rescue centre .stapeleygrange

He should be ok.

I love spending a moment of calm on my own in the morning, and this morning was a real treat.

What has this got to do with breathing? Nothing!

Well, actually connecting to nature lowers stress and when feeling calm, your breath becomes slower and gentler, sending a signal to your nervous system to relax.

But let’s be real, I just wanted to do a post just to appreciate moss because it’s so beautiful and often under appreciated.
So, get yourself in nature, and enjoy the moss!!!

You might even be able to spot some on your way home on a random wall.
